Whether you are 40 or 70 and want a well-balanced strength, flexibility and stability program to enhance your fitness level, reduce muscular pain and tightness in a friendly comfortable atmosphere, come join us!
You will use a blend of resistance bands, gliders and your own body weight incorporating Pilates, Stability and Strength techniques set to music that will leave you energized and balanced for the day.
No shoes required. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat or beach towel.
