It will be one more lb and I’ll be who I want. We have to look at our intrinsic motives and values of physical activity. How will I feel tomorrow when I move? How will I be more productive at work if I climb the stairs at lunch instead of a grueling hour at the gym? How will I react to my spouse/children when I have gotten my endorphins to reave up?
