Health is not about the weight you lose, it’s about the life you gain. So true. If we only exercise to lose weight, we will never get the weight we want. It will be one more lb and I’ll be who I want. We have to look at our intrinsic motives and values of physical activity. How will I feel tomorrow when I move? How will I be more productive at work if I climb the stairs at lunch instead of a grueling hour at the gym? How will I react to my spouse/children when I have gotten my endorphins to reave up?
