Stability, Mobility and Strength Program:

We will follow health & spatial guidelines. We will adjust class format as the weather changes
We will explore full range of motion to bring back our health and vitality. Use our own body weight as resistance, Pilates techniques and hopefully introduce tubing and band work.
Training outdoors is invigorating for your body as well as your soul! Let your body absorb needed vitamin D. Let’s get out of the house, off the computer, away from the TV and Zoom and allow someone to watch your children. They can also play around the area we will be.
