Training outdoors is invigorating for your body as well as your soul! You let your body absorb your needed vitamin D. You get away from the florescent lights at work and away from your computer and allow your eyes to refocus!
During your one on one or small group sessions outdoors we incorporate the landscape around you using body weights exercises, bands, tubing, balls, balance and stability exercises. We tailor the intensity to your needs.
Downtown we use the RiverWalk, Point State Park or just the streets of the city.
In Findlay Township we use the Montour Trail and various open spaces in the area.
In your personal community we choose areas best suited for you.
