Whether you are 40 or 70 and want a well-balanced strength, flexibility and stability program to enhance your fitness level in a friendly comfortable atmosphere, come join us!
You will use a blend of resistance bands, gliders and your own body weight incorporating Pilates and strength techniques set to music that will leave you energized for the day.
No shoes required. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat or beach towel.
Fee for the intro classes: $6.00 per class

Marianne has been in the fitness industry since 1985, providing on-site group exercise programs and in-home personal training in Pittsburgh since she moved here over 30 years ago.
